As the chill starts to roll in... the side walls go up and the tent heaters get pumping. Chicago Tent Rental can not only provide shelter from above, but we can wrap your tent up with sidewalls like a blanket and tent heaters like a cozy fireplace. Side walls not only block the wind, but they contain body heat and the warmth provided by tent heaters. Our climate controlled tents can provide a comfortable setting through the cold for Fall events and winter parties.
The Lexus Experience
Lexus travels the country setting up a test track to drive their premium automobiles in a variety of cities. These events are by invite only and offer a unique experience. Each city is basically set up the same way by bringing the Lexus branded equipment on the road with the exception of the tents that are rented from vendors from each city. When we received the call from Lexus one of the things they emphasized was the tents needed to be white and clean. They explained that early on in the tour they learned that some tent companies were not concerned with providing clean tents and it made Lexus look bad. Chicago Tent Rental prides itself on providing clean tents as we understand whether you are having a wedding or corporate event you want those tents to look good as they are more of a reflection of the customer to their guests as opposed to the tent company. Needless to say we gained their confidence, earned the work and the event went off with flying colors (actually just the color white...clean bright white) and the client couldn't have been happier. Chicago Tent Rental has been providing clean, professionally set up tents for decades and we are proud of the work we do.
One thing you can't rent is the weather, but you can prepare for it. Outdoor weddings are absolutely beautiful and memorable as long as mother nature cooperates. Our suggestion is always to prepare for inclement weather and we will work with you for any last minute add-ons to help in the situation.
When it comes to custom installations either over a deck, patio or driveway...frame tents come to the rescue. Chicago Tent Rental has a variety of frame tent sizes and styles to get the job done. If you are looking to host your event right off your garages and on your driveway we can handle it. Take a look at this installation for a recent Hinsdale graduation tent party...we helped to expand their garages to cover the guests. So if you have a challenging tent installation give us a call and we'll be happy to stop by and give you a free consultation.
Tent rental in Chicago has a long history with some legendary tent companies like HDO, Partytime Productions, Big Top, Sun Shade, Industructo just to name a few from back in the day. HDO was always the leader and they date back to the 1960's...well times change and so do the players. Partytime who began in 1985 with a team of 2 forged forward to acquire HDO and became one of the largest tent companies in the nation with over 100 employees during the peak season. Fast forward to today and there are a bunch of new companies and tent rental in Chicago has expanded and become much more popular. Every company has their niche, targets a different market and runs their business the way they see fit. Some specialize in big festivals and don't worry too much about clean tents, some are set up to handle very large special events like major sporting events and use tents which are more like buildings and take months to go from set-up to take-down. There's also a variety of tent rental companies in Chicago that take care of the rest like weddings, grad parties, company picnics, etc. with a host of new company names. We call ourselves Chicago Tent Rental and we like to provide clean tents and great service for all the events we cover...we like the name because it's who we are and it's what we do and where we do it. If you're looking for Party Tents to rent in the Chicago area give us a call, we look forward to meeting you.
Party Tents Hinsdale - Whether you having a tent wedding or a graduation party there's usually a dress code for the guests or at least we like to think so, but what about the hired staff? When you hire a caterer be sure to ask what they crew will be wearing. You may assume they will be sporting bow ties but you might get T-shirt with the company logo on the back. Keep it in mind that is if you mind what they'll be wearing. Pictured in this shot is a crew that is "Dressed for Success" in our opinion, they served at a Chicago Tent Rental wedding event and were all sporting black aprons and more importantly "SMILES"!
After all your dog is family, so why wouldn't you invite them to the wedding? Well for one reason if your event is help indoors then most facilities do not allow pets inside, which is just another reason to have your wedding outside. Over the years we've seen dogs attending outdoor tented weddings more time than we can count on one paw. As long as your dog is well behaved, since you don't want them eating the cake before it's cut or barking so much that they take all the attention away from the bride, then why not? Of course we think the dog should be dressed for the occasion after all it's a wedding, here is a photo of a dog that attended an outdoor tented wedding at Katherine Legge's "The Lodge" and he literally out dressed most of the men at the event.
We literally get just as excited about small tent events as we do for large tented weddings. We understand each and every party is a celebration of friends and family and there will be memories made that will be locked in minds and captured in photos taken on that special day. Here is a perfect example of a 90th birthday party held under two 15 x 15 frame tents to block the sun and create an outdoor dining room room housing a long single banquet table. Though this party was on the small side of tenting it had just as much love and importance as any other tented event. The family decorated with the colors of the Italian flag, simple floral pieces and red checkered table cloths that reminded them of years past.
"This is how we hosted Italian dinners back in the day, out in the yard on a few long tables dragged out from the house" - Gina
Weddings sure have changed over the years...now here's a groom that's styling and smiling and wearing what he wants to! Heck it was an outdoor tented wedding on a warm summer day so why not wear shorts? The point is enjoy your day and don't worry what other people think. If you want to wear shorts as the groom...wear shorts, if you want to wear a tuxedo then have-at-it and if your feeling a tuxedo T-shirt well just make sure your bride is OK with it first. I know a bride that's getting married this summer as she's set on a black wedding dress (why not?)...remember it's your day, do it your way! You may just regret it otherwise.
